This young man very professionally helped my.wife be fitted to a.pair of shoes. Due to a stoke and a fracture the fit was very important. He had to order the exact fit from another store. When they arrived the next day they were a perfect fit.
Great customer service and choices of shoes for even my extra wide high arched feet. Staff even suggested how to get a sale shoe that I was trying from another store in my perfect size. Text the next day when it came in! Kids shoes, clearance room, dress shoes, active shoes and sandals. Quality is great!
The exceptional customer service received there is absolutely impressive. All of my questions were answered. It is pricy but you get what you pay for.
The staff there was great. I was in a hurry before I had to work and they sat me down, tried the shoes on and even offered to lace them up for me with my preferred stretchy laces. They were efficient, polite, and even made sure that I got a 15$ coupon. Will always get my shoes from Schuler shoes!

I do not go into the store much since Schuyler Shoes dialed me into Keens as they are perfect for my foot and I can buy without trying it n…very consistent footbed. But, a long summer and maybe too much time barefoot or in flip flops and I earned som Plantar Fasciitis so I stopped in.
Mai was extremely patient, knowledgeable and therefor helpful. She got me in a pair of Hoka that feel wonderful and are sure to do the job of curing my ailment.
Always a clean and friendly store with such helpful staff.
Was there with a friend a couple years ago looking at the clearance selection in back room by ourselves. Clerk came back there not to help but to yell at us to put masks on. That's not customer service and we won't be back.
